I can't believe I have already finished week two of this weight management programme. So far it is no effort at all, I have managed to cut down my food intake without even thinking about it. As I usually don't eat many proteins I have to make an extra effort to eat more proteins in the form of peanuts, almonds and a boiled egg in the morning!
